Giving us your email lets us reply and send your kit access. Marketing email is a separate, deliberate opt in.
Only what you type into a form on this site. On the enquiry form that is your name, email, business, phone, budget range, what you need help with, and whether you want the occasional marketing note. On a kit signup it is your first name and email.
To reply to you, to send your kit access code and to work out whether we are the right fit. Nothing more.
We only send occasional marketing notes if you tick the box on the enquiry form asking for them. That includes things like a seasonal greeting or a short update. Ticking nothing still gets you a reply, it just keeps your inbox quiet.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also mail us and we remove you the same week.
Jason and Rickus, plus the tools that store the data and send the email. We never sell your details and we never pass them to another agency.
Enquiries stay with us while there is a live conversation and for two years after, in case you come back. Kit signups stay until you ask us to delete them.
